Its one and two star share is 12 points above the typical installer in the Cave Creek area. Across Arizona, 38 of the 269 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 37 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in the Cave Creek area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Infinity Solar USA is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

3rd class company. Too many commitments and they dont have even know how to install TESLA inventors. The whole project took over 4 months. Several no shows from the Electricians and several excuses for being under staffed, calling in sick etc. No one trained / walk through. When called in and asked they sent someone to walk us through. Tesla inventors were not even accessible to us and never passed on. No formal onboarding. Guy had to call in Tesla to transfer the inventor accesss. After a month of useage, I matched TESLA app readings with SRP grid meter.... totally off. It was initially showi

They sold me a system, marked it up with random add ons after i had already signed, told me if i wanted to cancel that i had to pay a 3500 dollar fee. I was forced to get a system that i did not need and couldn’t back out. the salesman at the home depot that booked the meeting told me he had zero control over what the company was doing.

Took more than six months to get the system working. Making payments for five months after install and the system was not connected properly. Very frustrating to communicate with this group.

The set up Was very seamless. Everything was explained thoroughly and the installation crew were also great workers.

The team on-site for our solar panel installation was competent, courteous, and clear in explanations of any issues they ran into. We're waiting for our Electrical Utility to inspect the system before turn on, but looking forward to reduced bills. Thank you Infinity Solar!

It's nice not having a sky high bill every month! Great job Infinity

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Financing

“your property value. Do you offer financing options for solar installation? Yes, Infinity…”
  • Insured

“Infinity Solar USA, we are certified, insured, and trained in the latest solar…”
  • Licensed

“by advanced technology and a team of licensed professionals. We understand that…”

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau and ConsumerAffairs. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
