Absolutely horrendous customer service. A leak formed in my roof where they installed the solar and they have refused to help me so far. Every time I call or email them they give me the run around saying someone will get in touch. A month later no one has contacted me and the damage has only gotten worse. They are the worst company to work with. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT!

TERRIBLE COMPANY. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. PAID 12K FOR A SOLAR REMOVAL AND THEY ARE TRYING TO RUN AWAY WITH THE MONEY. NO CONTACT NO SCHEDULING SINCE TAKING IT

Wish I could put a 0. Tried pushing solar panels on my wife and I through Duke’s “no power bill solar panels” program. It is VERY MISLEADING. I would ask a question and never get a straight answer. They only want to trap you in their contacts full of fine print and fees. After we told them we didn’t want to they TRIED TO CHARGE US 3800 DOLLARS for measuring our roof, which they never did. It gave my wife a panic attack. If someone from this company shows up at your door, IMMEDIATELY tell them to leave! They are more dishonest than a sleazy used care salesman.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Warranty

“I Do? Solar production isn’t always guaranteed so there will be some months that are…”

• It is also reviewed on ConsumerAffairs. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on X, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
