Our experience with Solar Cellz USA was extremely disappointing. We paid around $11,000 upfront for a solar system. We were told the project would be completed in two weeks. After 6 months, nothing was installed or connected. We have documentation to support this, including invoices issued to us by Kirsten Roberts. We were also in communication with Nathan Roberts regarding this project. During the process, some components were damaged. Instead of resolving the issues, we were repeatedly asked for additional payments. After 6 months with no results, we took our project back. Not only was the s

Be careful dealing with this company. The company delivered the wrong materials and delivered them late. The Company promised to refund the money but then ignored communications, talked in circles and at this time have still failed to refund monies due. Customer service is horrible, good luck getting someone on the line.

This company is an actual scam folks. They won't answer your calls or emails. I purchased 20 - S500B optimizers from their website initially on December 5th to the amount of $1,824.40. Five days later on December 10th I realized I needed 20 more of these optimizers and asked them if they had it in stock and could provide me this. They replied yes and I paid them another $1,674.40 totaling $3,498.80. The original arrival date of December 30th of 2025. I first followed up on December 16th and did not receive a response then again on December 23rd. Finally, on January 5th I told them I would be d

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Nathan on two separate projects. The first was three years ago during major supply shortages, when I was struggling to source an inverter. I happened to find his company online, and he immediately located exactly what I needed. Most recently, I worked with Nathan on a 29 kW solar project. Once again, he exceeded expectations. He is knowledgeable, easygoing, and truly customer‑service focused.I look forward to working with him again, especially with two more projects ahead.

Bought panels, mounts, and a 48V inverter for a DIY setup. I did get put on hold once when I called, but honestly, I prefer that to companies that don’t answer at all. Once I got through, they answered my wiring questions clearly. System has been running two months now, charges well even on cloudy days. Worth the money.

Ordered a full 5kW bundle, panels, inverter, and mounting rails. The order took 7 days, not same-week like I’d hoped, but it did arrive complete and undamaged. …

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Years in business

“solar solutions to our clients for over 5 years. As an industry leader in…”

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X and LinkedIn. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
