    Fabulous! Richard came out in less than a day to help get the solar problem solved! Worked with manufacturer to get firmware updated, checked all other components, and even washed down my panels (not part of his service, but he wanted to help out an old gal!) A genuinely nice guy who is wonderfully capable and knowledgeable. Thanks, Richard!

    Richard came right out, was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about solar. He did a visual look at the solar panels to make sure leaves or squirrels hadn't caused any problems. He found the problem right away in the electrical panel(there are a few panels and boxes relating to solar) - the breakers in the panel servicing my home that relate to the solar had tripped - had me put them back in the on position so I'd know what to do next time. And he didn't charge me anything!! Super nice guy!
