    Who the heck still sends our door to door sale people in 2025? Saw a guy sitting on my testing wall street’s hen I was getting ready to leaf blow and clean up the front of the house. Didn’t know who he was but letting him know that we are working on cleanup and didn’t want to surprise him with a graceful if dirt and leaves. He said oh just resting for a minute. Okay cool then fe stood up and saw his solar hat and shirt. He launched into his porch and and sorry not interested beside that I’m in the middle of something so he started spouting that he is on a public side walk an solar incentives a

    They charged me $250 to come check my leased solar panels. Technician was here 10 minutes to tell me the system wasn’t communicating. I already knew that. That’s why the technician was sent out. I wasn’t supposed to pay anything since they’re under lease. Sun Solar and SunStrong won’t give me the credit or refund for the service I wasn’t supposed to have to pay for. They didn’t even fix anything. This is a leased system and basic maintenance and such is supposed to be covered. A SunStrong representative said I shouldn’t have had to pay Sun Solar anything and they should have known that.

    I originally called to tell them they had a driver blowing red lights and cutting people off, but I truly was interested in solar. I have 2 EVs and a 5 bed house. Made an appointment. They also had me send in 12 months worth of my electric bills only to have their rep be a no show. If this is how their company runs, their employees driving with a complete disregard to life and then skipping out on the appointment I dodged a bullet. PS if you try to claim I didn’t have an appointment with you guys I’ll post the communication on here through the emails. Don’t try me.

    Sunpower by SunSolar has been a great company to work with and it was a great experience. They were really responsive in anything came up during the process. Thank you so much for our solar!
