    I am a Property Manager for a very large HOA in Maryland. We ordered and paid a deposit for a concrete picnic table with solar panels. The product was to be in Memorial of a longtime volunteer who passed away. Sadly, due to COVID, the company had to close down and could not deliver the product. This I understand. We cancelled the order and requested the deposit returned. First, we got a check that bounced. Then Dec 14, 2021 Becky Mead apologized and said a replacement check was in the mail. I escalated and contacted Steve Dollins who on September 8, 2022, emailed that he would make things righ

    Drove to Jackson and spoke with the owner. Was very helpful and said they would call and schedule a visit to our home. They did call, made an appointment and you guessed it, No Call, No Show. They don't even answer the phone.

    I purchased a 24-panel system in April 2019 from salesman/designer Steve Dollens. Per contract, work was scheduled to start and finish in April, prior to the heat of summer. They did not start until 4 months AFTER the scheduled finish date and the system was not generating power until September! This cost me over $2000.00 in PGE fees not to mention loan payments for the solar system. This system was undersized and cost me another $1100 dollars at 'True Up' time. I ordered 12 more panels in 2021, since they installed the first system, I thought it best that they do it, and my second-year true u

    I had a complex solar issue, and Steve from Sunny Cal Solar was incredible. He took an enormous amount of time, over an hour, patiently working through the problem with me, offering clear insights and solutions. His genuine kindness and expertise, despite me being a total stranger with no sale in sight, blew me away. Sunny Cal Solar's commitment to customer care is unmatched, but Steve's selflessness made the experience unforgettable. Absolutely phenomenal service-highly recommend!

    I just had to have a reinstall done on my solar system and SunnyCal Solar was recommended to me by my roofer. They did a wonderful job and had it completed in two days. It’s nice to work with a company that makes you feel important. They are honest and hard working and I will recommend them to everyone. 5 stars are not enough they’re good 10 star company.

    Over the past few years when having to ask technical questions and bought equipment to satisfy my solar needs, the people here are very helpful and professional answering those difficult questions.
