    Buyer Beware. These people are conartists. They told me that I could back out of the project at any time, and when I did, they never returned my $1000 deposit. It’s been 4 months now, and every time I call them they keep telling me that they will reach out to the accounting department and nothing ever happens after that. Stay away from these thieves and shop elsewhere.

    Don't go with Blue Raven! They are great to work with at first and installation was smooth. But the contract is shady and the salesman specifically told us our rate would not change over the length of the payments. However, buried in the contract, it said the rate would go up if we didn't pay 30% of the total price in 18 mo. We were not made aware of that and the salesman specifically said otherwise. Shady stuff. Also they didn't do a great job sizing the panels for our needs and vastly oversold us on how much our energy bill would go down by. I regret working with Blue Raven.

    Buyer Beware - it is nothing short of fraud.... dishonest people and a disreputable company. TLDR: they installed an inferior product than what they agreed to sell to me, did not inform me of the change, agreed to pay a $1500 concession to compensate me for that change when I caught them, but then never paid the concession. Max (N. CO sales) and Sandra (escalations) should not be trusted. In detail... I signed with them in August of 2025, agreeing to purchase premium brand panels. In September, THEY INSTALLED A DIFFERENT BRAND without telling me they'd changed the order. The panels they instal

    Blue Raven was great with my solar panels. The solar panels are not worth buying your monthly bill to pay for your solar panels are way more than you save with the kilowatt hours that they produce.

    From start to finish they have been very communicative and informational about how they could save us money via solar, and how the whole process works. Then when they came to install the panels they worked fast and efficiently. They originally said it could take from 7 AM - 5 PM to do so, but they were done around noon. They were also very respectful of our space while we were there.

    Smooth, quick process from start to finish. Highly recommend Blue Raven and would use them again!
