    Broke My Window, Promised Reimbursement, Then Disappeared… Freedom Forever installed my solar panels, and while I appreciated the work itself, the experience turned into a months-long nightmare I’m still dealing with. During the installation, their crew broke one of my windows with the giant hooks that pulled the panels to the roof. It happens, accidents occur on job sites. What’s unacceptable is what came after. To their credit, they acknowledged the damage, apologized, and offered to reimburse me. I hired an outside window repair company, which I shopped around for to find the lowest rate an

    Working with this company has been the single most stressful Consumer experience in my adult life. I started the process in Oct of 2025 only to have my system installed after a great deal of confusion and back and forth in December of the same year. Then 5 months of waiting and I have not had my system activated. No communication from customer support, and then I find out that the company is filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and has not communicated with my local power company to activate my system since October when this whole process started. So here I am waiting for a system to be activated,

    Freedom Forever installed my system incorrectly, resulting in no solar production while I continued paying both my APS bill and monthly solar payments. They also caused roof damage and a leak during installation. Extremely frustrating experience with ongoing issues and no clear resolution.

    Installation went smoothly. August 2023. However January 2024 inverter went bad. As of today 4/29/2]24 still have not been replaced. Steady making payments to Mosaic....

    First and foremost the people at Freedom Forever Solar are the absolute best. They truly care about you, your home and your project. Huge shoutout to Mike Gold, my salesperson who was with us from start to finish taking care of any and all needs. The Greenday install crew Led by Jason and electricians Big Al and Enry fought difficult weather and installed our system beautifully. The electricians ran conduit & install laid the panels in ways that were very aesthetic and looked great, paid close attention to detail. They cared for our property and treated us amazing. We have a 1800’s farmhouse w
