Its one and two star share is 7 points above the typical installer in Anaheim. Across California, 440 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.
The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 29 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.
Every company we hold in Anaheim, on one axis
Each mark is one company we hold in Anaheim whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Go Green Solar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Poor service on returning calls. Not willing to ship product to my second home without a copy of my credit card. Will never call again.

We purchased some items off of their website, paid for it and waited 10 days before they cancelled the order because they didn't have stock. 10 days is along time to find that kind of information out. Very disappointed.

Everything was GREAT before and during my purchase/install. Then, not so great. Bad, in fact. My first electric after install came and it was the highest I ever had. By far. Gogreen's response was basically that I would need to buy and …

In the end, the system was finally installed. Took about 11 months to complete, ran into many pitfalls with the installation guide (i.e. guidance to use set screw connectors in lieu of watertight connectors in the installation manual) and inspections. County required an electrician to do the wiring resulting in the savings from going DIY not worth the headache and time; probably in the end spent 80% of what it would cost to have just had a solar company tackle the project from the beginning not including the loss of power production over that timeframe.

108 Megawatt-Hours and counting. As a retired CNC machinist and programmer, I don't do things 'good enough'—I do them to spec. I did a DIY install of a 10kW grid-tie system from GoGreen years ago. Before I remodeled my home, we had electrical gremlins. When I remodeled, I installed a 200 amp main, three 100 amp sub-panels, and even dedicated sub-panels for my pool and RV. I just checked my lifetime reading today, and I’m fast approaching 110 MW of total generation. The system has been a powerhouse. If you are the kind of person who wants to do the work yourself and do it right the first time,

I recently finished my home solar system purchased from GoGreenSolar. The overall experience was very good. The team was very responsive to questions and concerns. I feel that the system was well designed and sized for my needs. It took approximately 9 months from the date I made the deposit to the day I turned the system on, but GoGreenSolar was involved and helping at every step of the process to advise me and work with the various permitting and utility requirements. One minor constructive criticisim is that I was advised that the expenses not included in the system would be between $200.00

Shwa Rice worked patiently and professionally with me today to check the programming and configuration of my Sol-Ark 12k inverter. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and supportive to me as an after the sale customer. I am extremely satisfied and delighted to have chose Unbound Solar as my solar supplier. I look forward to communicating with Shwa for my future technical needs.

What the company says about itself
Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.
Years in business
“Solar Without the Headaches For over 18 years, we’ve helped thousands of Americans…”
Its website also mentions financing and free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.
What we don't know
- The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
- We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
- We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
