Each mark is one company we hold in the Reno area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Go Solar Group is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

  Go Solar was and is very on top of it when it comes to selling solar panels. They installed mine a couple of years ago and for the last two months I've been trying to get anyone on the phone to talk about coming to my house to make sure they're working properly. I don't normally do this but nobody will call me back. I've gotten text messages from Daoud who for some reason wants to sell me solar panels, when I told him I was looking for service on the panels I already bought from Go Solar, he did not respond.   No call no show for the initial appointment. I reached out to the salesman via text 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment, not the other way around. A simple call from him to reschedule would have been fine. He did offer to reschedule during the text conversation, but I declined. The final assessment was offered by email per my request. Received a follow-up call from the VP over sales the following day. We both left messages.

  Installed very professionally. Technicians were professional at all times. I love the neatness of the work. GSG has always answered any questions I have had. I would use GSG again for sure!!
