    Made an appointment on 10-13-2022 for the following Saturday at 8:00am. Called to ask where the rep was and the said “looks like your appointment has been cancelled but let me make you another one.” Lol no thanks! I have better things to do than waste another Saturday morning. Sempar Solaris needs to invest in some additional employee training. Zero stars

    There are not enough words or space to adequately describe how poorly this company operates under its management and ownership. Key points: it took eight months to install two batteries and a generator manual transfer switch, all of which were installed incorrectly. It then took three months for them to return and address some of the issues. One and a half years later, their work caused a fire on the side of my home. It took six months to repair the damage, during which I, as the homeowner, had to assist and pay upfront for materials, without ever being reimbursed for my time or expenses. Addi

    Unprofessional and horrible service. The fact that they advertise as a veteran owned company is truly an insult to veterans!

    My system was out in no export mode. Angie C. had researched my issue before contacting me for our appointment. She was able to confirm the issue in minutes and worked with me to get me my refund from the company who made the mistake. She was helpful throughout the entire issue and makes herself available if questions arise.

    Took a while to get the troubleshooting appointment... but once done, I'm very grateful for Angie's personable and professional help. She was on time, took the time to explain things and lead me through the steps clearly.

    I was very happy with the service performance of Branden im a veteran and used to people being on time doing their job professionally and being able to explain what they did..Brian accomplished all of this. I was installer in the U.S.Air Force and would been proud to have him on my team
